"The property was clean, staff were very helpful. I became ill, saw a doctor and needed an emergency phamacy - the staff assisted with this giving us directions to an emergency pharmacist in the area. Also, assisted in being able to stay an extra night for me to recover. Only down side was the restaurant was not open during the weekend. "

"Not my first stay and not my last. Although small and compact, the rooms are always clean and comfortable for a casual stay. The furniture and bathroom always look and feel new, maybe because they are kept and cleaned very well. So I never feel like I’m in a tired building like sometimes I do in some chain hotels. Parking spaces are always available. The staff is extremely nice and professional. The free drinking water is a nice touch. I will go back for sure. "

"It's a great value option. They are quiet neat and responsive. The breakfast options were decent/good. Good wifi. Well situated in a walkable proximity (around 5 min) to the public transport options and the university/hospital. There might be a bit of noise when other guests move out in the evening. But you can sleep through it (they provide ear plugs too if needed)."

"I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain. I wish we had been informed of this situation before we arrived in order to weight our options or not. But besides that the receptionist was very nice and helpful to us during our stay."

"It was a mistake to book this hotel via Hotels.com. The same hotel is 50% cheaper when booked via Accor directly. Contrary to what the Hotels.com app indicates at the booking, it is not possible to use one's one key credit for this hotel"

"This hotel deserves zero. They really don’t respect clients and don’t respect how to do business with others. We reached hotel in the evening. Room was so dirty that no one would ever accept to stay there. Bed was not even made. Bathroom was fealty. We tried to call the hotel management, no one responded. We simply left and didn’t accept to stay a minute. Hotel totally refused to refund us for the 2 nights. Stay away from this hotel !!!"

"Everything in our room that could break was broken, including the shower door, towel rack, kettle, and window latches. Even the cups were chipped, and one of the entrance keys we were given didn't work. Even though we were in a double room, we had to request a second towel on 2/3 days we stayed there. The street in front of this hotel is under major construction, so it is very noisy from dawn 'til dusk and the sidewalk is always difficult to negotiate. The hotel is above a fast-food outlet (which is not evident from the hotel website) with unpleasant odors and constant customer traffic. Even without all the construction, this would not be a pleasant place to stay. Until the management in this hotel improves, it should not be listed by Expedia."

"Used this hotel for a stop off driving from italy. Great little hotel, right off the motorway so easy to get to, reasonable resturant and a pool for a refreshing dip after a very long drive. Nice clean and comfortable room too. "

It’s a nice village to stay for transit The swimming pool was very nice and clean. There is no airconditioning but we knew that and it was okay. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but a really nice lunch nearby a restaurant. "
