“一開始check in很不順利,一直找不到我們登記的資料.不過櫃台服務態度依舊非常有耐心與和藹.直到最後終於查到訂房資料也折騰了將近半小時.房間很大很乾淨,wifi朋友可以聯的上,但我的手機與電腦卻總是進不了.房間附的礦泉水是大瓶的,很適合泡咖啡或泡茶習慣的我。早餐還可以,雖不多但還是有現煮麵條也不錯,不過水果不夠新鮮.重點是離機場近,對於晚班機到逹或隔天沒有行程直接去機場者,這是一個非常好的選擇，飯店還有免費定時機場接送真的很方便，下次我還是會再住這。”

“Hotel locations is very good, there are many restaurants nearby and a big supermarket just downstairs. Hotel is clean and modern, breakfast is yummy and have many variety, staffs are friend, we checked out at very early morning on the last day, the staff even prepared an take away breakfast for us to go with. Room is spacious, though the bed is a bit too soft for me but still comfort. Wifi connection only good at the lobby but not at room”

“入住Club級無冷氣房, 由下午投訴許多次至晚上, 都沒處理, 晚上九時後要求酒店換房, 換了房再等冷氣, 還是Sauna房, 還要求住客降級住同是冷氣不足的房間, 事因網上付款價格底, 經爭取, 到23:30才肯把同級有冷氣的吉房供給, 由中午入住酒店到晚上要花一整天才可得到應得的房間, 有正常的房間留存, 不知這是酒店嗎? 告知住房為非吸煙房, 但房內安放煙灰缸?”

“服務人員非常友善親切，庭園造景漂亮。 還有送機服務，Good! 只是沒看到洗髮精跟刮鬍刀，需要自行準備。”

“Hotel is great. Staff are lovely. Very central location. However navigating to the outside of the hotel is challenging with many cars. No proper passenger walkway Quite a culture shock when it comes to crossing the roads in Medan city.”
