“Location is fantastic. Rooms were clean and tidy but recommend to include some basic cutlery in the rooms for those who are unable to eat at the restaurant. Whilst the restaurant and bar was greatly appreciated, more people may utilise if some simple meals were also available as not everyone can eat rich or spicy foods. Also advertising that take-away is available may also increase sales.”

“Great the kitchen in common for the hosts. Unfortunately in our room the bed was fitted in the rock wall and uncomfortable for who slip in that side lying close the wall. I don’t know if was the same in others rooms.”

“Beautiful rooms and art work in corridors. Rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Showers excellent. Dinner menu was gourmet quality, imaginative and very tasty. It would have been nice to have some less expensive basic options on the menu too. We did not know that there is no petrol available in Parachilna and had to go to Leigh Creek to fill up, so that info would have been useful to have upfront, unless we missed it.”

“Kitchen equipment is poorly set up, no wine glasses, no bowls for salad or mixing, only 3 drinking glasses for a 5 bed accommodation, no extraction for cooking resulting in smoke alarm activation.”

“It is a nice location in amongst the vineyards. The garden is fenced so perfect for dogs. We had a nice peaceful stay there”

“There was no soap available for washing hands, however the coffee machine and microwave were definitely handy. Also, we struggled with the pillows - they were very hard and big. It would have been good to have a couple of additional pillows as an option for use. Also the water temperature in the shower was slow to respond and my partner had to have a cold shower after me, despite my shower being short.”

“You could not expect a better property. It was a special surprise for our UK friends and they were over the moon. Something special they will never forget.”
