"We had a great stay at Cranberry Lodge — 6 dads and 10 kids, we went Mountain Biking, Kayaking, and hiking. House was great and John was incredibly helpful!"

"Beautifully built cabin with knotty pine walls throughout. We had some very cold nights, but the propane heater kept the entire cabin toasty warm. Be sure to keep the living room fan on to circulate the heat. We were disappointed in the bed. It was low to the ground and made loud noises when turning or getting up. The bath mat in the shower needed replacing as it was moldy. Be sure to take bottled water unless you like brown water with iron in it. The driving sight-seeing around it is fantastic....

" This adorable cabin is picturesque and a fantastic hub for your snowshoe adventures. Easily view wildlife like deer as you drive or walk the area and sip some coffee as the sun comes up over the mountain. The kids loved the bunks and being

friendly means our boys were comfy there too. The host was lovely and tried to prep us for everything we needed for the stay. "

"We recently stayed at this house in Marlinton for a week, while bicycling and exploring the Greenbrier River Trail. Marlinton is about midway along the trail, making access to all parts of the trail easier. The house has been completely upgraded from its original role as a home to a family, probably connected to the logging or mining activities of a century ago. Doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, etc have all been replaced, along with all the appliances, so that the house feels very modern...
