“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. “Das Ferienhaus selbst war super gemütlich, groß und alles was man brauch war da. Hier fehlt es nahezu an nichts, echt super.Wir waren zu 5. und hatten 3 super Badezimmer und genügend Platz für Alle. Das Highlight war ganz klar der Garten. Etwas abgeschnitten vom Haus selbst und auch von allem anderen, dort war man für sich in einen wunderschönen Garten mit Pool, Grill etc. alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Ein großes Lob an die Gastgerin, super nett und immer da wenn man was braucht.Gerne……

“1. 住宿距離車站走路約7分鐘。我們訂的是Dom的房間。
有兩間兩人房，一間是一大床+淋浴間，一間是兩張單人床，空間比一大床的小一點，但兩間房都有陽台。另外還有一間有淋浴和浴缸合一的浴室，都提供有便攜式的沐浴用品和很好吹的吹風機以及毛巾和浴巾。
住宿環境很舒服，廚房也什麼都有（有冰箱），而且提供有策馬特的購物袋、明信片、巧克力可當禮物帶走。
提供有桌遊和DVD，電視可登入Netflix。
雖然沒有空調但是早晚真的很涼爽。
2. 很推薦入住。但有幾項要注意
1）飯店沒有當地才付款的選項，預訂後一個月內必須刷卡付款
2）入住前飯店會確認抵達的時間以及住宿人的基本資料要填寫
3）飯店要求離開前要將垃圾分類和自己拿去垃圾回收處丟棄。一般垃圾要使用橘色垃圾袋，飯店有提供一個在廚房水槽下面，如果需要更多要去超市或者跟飯店購買
4）廚房碗盤使用前務必自己清洗過再使用
5）沐浴用品不太會起泡，不習慣的人建議自己帶
3.建議
如果飯店可以增加回收或丟一般垃圾的垃圾桶，讓住宿的人負責分類垃圾，然後飯店清掃的人再處理丟棄，這樣會更好。

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
