The cash policy is listed in FAQ but not noted in the auto message after booking or clearly displayed. It is also misleading when you’re required to leave a credit card for booking. Upon arrival I was told I had to make multiple transactions and my credit card company flagged it as fraud. I had use my limited international cellular service to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Then my room was infested with ants! They were in my bed and suitcase. I had to have my clothes washed. It took 3 days to speak to a manager who didn’t even cover my laundry service. He said this was an expected issue and he gave me Q100 restaurant credit. I expect some spiders but not ants all over the floor, getting into my suitcase and in MY BED."
