“The staff and the hospitality are the best features of the hotel! We have thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfasts, the spa and its services, the pools, the beach, and our own plunge pool. The live music and live DJ were also nice features to entertain the guests. We would stay here again!”

“Das Hotel sowie Service und Personal waren herausragend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in unserer Luxury Villa mit Sea Front Lage sehr genossen. Kleinigkeiten könnte man beanstanden was für ein Hotel der Größe allerdings normal ist. Die einzige kleine Empfehlung wäre die Schlafmöglichkeit im EG zu ändern. Das wäre aber auch schon alles und der Urlaub war rundum wundervoll! Wir werden wieder kommen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus.”

“Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!”

“You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly.……

“The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The room was very clean and nicely furnished and the AC worked extremely well. We had an outdoor shaded patio as well as our own private pool. All in all we felt very pampered.”

“Wir haben leider mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück mussten wir morgens oder abends immer warten bis uns ein Tisch zugeteilt wurde. Einmal haben wir Abend gegessen und es hat leider auch nicht geschmeckt. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufriden”
