“The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. “Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5\*,……

“喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。”

“Fantastisk frukost i vacker miljö. Trevlig personal över lag. Det regnade dock in i restaurangen och i hissarna. Hotellrummen hade undermåliga förvaringsmöjligheter och belysning. Vi hade bokat 3 st deluxe-rum (en hel vecka för en halv förmögenhet) med garden view men två av rummen hade utsikt mot en parkeringsplats. Kylskåpet gick inte att reglera så all dryck inkl burkar frös till is. Personalen trevlig men ett 5-stjärnigt hotell är det definitivt inte. ”
