I spent 8 nights at the Novotel Brentford. It was a convenient location, we were visiting family in the area. Super accessible to the bus (which was right outside) which transported us to multiple train stations. Supermarket right around the corner, you can purchase water and endless supply of prepared food and snacks for touring around town. We bought flowers for the family at the supermarket too. Super clean and modern room, fresh towels each day. Safe in the room and mini fridge. Couldn’t ask...

The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The doorman Max was sooooo wonderful!!! And the breakfast was amazing! Careful with the power adapters, thier plates are metal so you may need to tape the grounding tabs on the adapter or you will pop the breaker like i did twice
