“Buffet breakfasts were great. Rooms were clean. Our rooms were in a construction area of the resort. A few staff were happy and cheerful but many seemed down and intolerant of guests (we experienced a few staff members snatch menus from us after we ordered and expressing attitude towards us for just ordering drinks (without food) for afternoon tea). The meals and drinks are quite expensive and in smaller portions when compared to other resorts in Samoa. Our room had a TV and DVD player that……

“Unfortunately we were only met with frustration/dissatisfaction and mostly disappointment Our room didn’t have hot water, we mentioned this everyday and only got it for one day which was the second day we stayed that was the best shower until we got back at the end to shower again and until every other day was just too cold hot water wasn’t working.
