"We have just had the most amazing 2 week holiday. Staff are super friendly and helpful, property is amazing and well maintained and the main pool is great. Food is excellent - we did not have a meal we did not enjoy, plus the staff were thoughtful enough to prepare an evening emergency meal for us as we arrived late at night from our flight. "It is a beautiful property. In general staff was friendly, amazing at the reception. I have to say that the staff at the buffet, specifically the managers are not the nicest. They are like police officers… We had a breakfast only bracelet, and the only night we decided to try their buffet for supper, we asked if we could go check the food before making a decision. They agreed, but we were “intercepted” twice while looking, and asked if we had a ticket. I understand that there can be people who abuse, but in such a nice hotel, it doesn’t seem to match the ambiance… We decided to book an excursion with the hotel to Bonifacio, Corsica. It was a nice one, but I have to say that the ‘lunch” part of the excursion was a total waste of precious time to visit, and I say this because the food at the restaurant was not good! I would prefer eating a sandwich and having more time to visit. Our guide Sara was delightful! We loved our stay!"

"Una Hotel is outside the central, historic part of the city, but nicely located near the civic theater and a delightful park with ponds and ducks. The hotel lobby is bright and colorful. The hotel restaurant has a nice menu and is reasonably priced, if a bit understaffed. The included morning breakfast was extensive and delicious. My room was in the tower part of the hotel, to which I took a very utilitarian and rather unpleasant elevator and which had a dark and unappealing hallway. However, my room was well supplied if rather Spartan in decor. The bed was unusually hard and not terribly comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. The daily maid service was appreciated along with the refrigerator and drinking water provided. All in all, the hotel served my needs, although I would have preferred to stay somewhere with more charm and character and in a location, closer to nicer restaurants and city plaza."
