“Friendly staff; the family chalet was very old, poorly maintained and poorly equipped. Equipment looked like a collection of discarded household items. Old doesn't have to mean dirty. Unfortunately, the accommodation was poorly agreed. It's almost outrageous to ask for so much money. Too bad.”
