"The property is in the perfect location. We could walk everywhere. So many dining options. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable."
"The check-in went smoothly and we had a very friendly receptionist. We were also kindly upgraded to a bigger room which was extremely quiet, this was very important for us. The room was comfortable, spacious and bright. Great view of the city and Mount Etna from the top floor too! Breakfast was also nice and most staff there were helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a very nice stay."

"Beautiful and restful hotel with a fabulous view. Was a welcome respite from the tourist bustle. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Only downside for some is that you need a car to get to town. But you might not want to leave the property anyway, except for Temples."
