“Loved being on the Cliffs!”

“Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few issues that really affected the experience. Check-in took a very long time, which was frustrating, especially when traveling with a toddler. The biggest issue, however, was the water being shut off for several hours. We were not notified in advance. I was actually in the middle of giving my toddler a bath, with a full head of shampoo, when the water suddenly stopped.
