“I am very disappointed i made reservations for a specific suite and was checked in to a different suite when i told front desk they said that what happens sometimes, i was not refunded for price difference , the suite shower was broken AC was leaking, scuffs on the floor not to mention the floor was dusty it felt like sand on the floor and under my feet were dirty i was very disappointed not to mention it was my birthday getaway.”
