“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. “First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.”

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“Another great stay at this fine establishment. No suite this time but a nice room all the same. Got a great workout at the hotel gym followed by an invigorating shower. A full night's sleep was followed by a wonderful breakfast spread. The hotel is within distance of several dining options. Look forward to another stay here.”

“Room was what we needed, hotel was nice and traditional , decor was great, service was good but cappuccino was cold”

“A lovely hotel with amazing staff who tend to your every need. Spa is lovely and treatments are out of this world. Food and service is 5star. This hotel is the perfect location as it’s walking distance from Winchester city centre. Perfect for a few days away to relax”
