“Pros: amazing staff like Sonia at the lobby, Saad at the restaurant or Afaf at the SPA. Always willing to help out and make sure all our needs are fulfilled in time. Nice pool, amazing beach at a short walk or free shuttle. Plenty of food options at the restaurant at all times. Nice room with AC and daily housekeeping. Many more pros…
Cons: need some crowd control at the restaurant with children running. Need more AC at the restaurant. One time the pool should have been shut down for cleaning……

“The staff were excellent. Super helpful and friendly.
Our room was great and we got an upgrade.
However it all felt very tired. The food was definitely below what we would expect and a bit of a bun fight in the restaurant.
It served its purpose for the 4 night stay but I doubt we will be returning.”
