"Terrible experience. The view i have been given is backyard and construction view. No direct access from parking to room. Shower water can’t stabilize at same temp. Each 10 seconds shift to cold water !! Far from being an acceptable hotel"

"This property is pristine, and the staff are excellent. The food was good in the restaurant. The sand is very nice, but have the beach is rocky. The one strange thing that makes me get out of four stars is that in the winter and into the mid spring they don’t actually have air-conditioning on so you have to open the window if the room is too warm. Apparently this is hotel wide. I was there late, April."

"The hotel’s services need significant improvement compared to other hotels in Tunisia. Overall, the service level is only acceptable at best. I was also warned by staff to be cautious about theft in the rooms, which was concerning. Additionally, the food provided by the hotel was below standard."

"The rooms we stayed in on two separate occasions were a little basic, but the amenities made up for it. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The dinner buffet was amazing! My favorite part of the hotel by far."
