“Amazing hotel!”

“nice clean”

“The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).”

“Perfect.”

Ontbijt is goed, lekker fruit.

“The room was larger than expected and very clean. Comfortable bed and hot shower were appreciated each evening. The location of the hotel is in old city, easy walking all over and close to many sights. Arrived earlier than check-in and kind desk staff stored our luggage for us so we could explore the sights. We had the hotel breakfast on our last day, 10 euros each and there were many options. Would love to come back to Valencia and we would stay here again.”

“Service was good from all of staff. Hotel good location right next to a shopping mall and main bus station. Also 15-20 brisk walk to the centre of Valencia and old town”

“It's a simple, modern and cleverly designed space. The communal areas are great there's a small space on the roof and a pool facing the coast and a small kitchen area with lockers at the entrance. The apartment I had contained a kitchen with all the important items you need to cook a real meal not just a microwave. All in all you could spend more than just a long weekend here and it would be perfectly comfortable.”

“Loved the location, room was very small and breakfast was terrible. Staff were pleasant but reception took ages to book us in and our room wasn't ready at checkin time. Unfortunately the people in the next room had barky dogs which was annoying.”

“In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.”

“Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.”
