“Good service Hotel with style Excellent service Provide free drinks and snacks Stylish but not a luxury hotel”

“Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice size, comfy. Great area of town. At registration there are several steps up to landing and steps upstairs, and steps down to elevator. Can be tough with luggage.”

“Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.”
