“1. Most expensive room in the hotel. The room's hot tub had an old piece of soap in it.
Gross.
A hair ball.
A big bug, dead on the wall.
2. The hot tub in the pool area wasn't working...empty...on a holiday weekend.
3. The front desk staff, while friendly...were clueless. Simple requests almost needed AI to interpret.
I wouldn't stay here again unless they stepped up their game.”
