"I had an A/C issue during my stay so the first two nights were really uncomfortable, however the staff was really accommodating and did their best to fix the issue - ultimately it was Carmelo who saved the day, he changed the AC unit and I was able to really enjoy my last night there. Carmelo is the best, the nicest man, I’m so grateful to him and the manager Jai who went above and beyond to make things better. The food in the restaurant downstairs was incredible, I met some really great people...
