“The hotel was in a nice location to where we were visiting and near a lot of different restaurants. Close to a Walmart. The only thing is that it’s a little dated and their pool isn’t open which they said was on their website under things to know.”

“The hotel is very old & run down unfortunately. The beds have probably never been replaced and we had to adjust our bodies accordingly to try to avoid the springs in the bed from poking us. The staff didn’t speak English very well, from the front desk to the cleaning people. I tried to ask them a few questions before giving up unfortunately. It was clean though. “When we checked in, another guest was at the front desk yelling and complaining that their room was dirty and had bugs. Despite hearing that, we decided to check in and give the hotel a chance. When we got to our room, it looked similar to the photos online, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The linens were not crisp and did not appear to be freshly cleaned. There were several long hairs in the sheets, and the sheets themselves had holes in them. After pulling back the bedding, I found that……

“This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad.. Totally out of their hands, the the lack of restaurants near the hotel. Only Red……
