"We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again"

"Excellent location! Walking to anything. Very near the base. Nice neighborhood so sitting in the backyard was enjoyable and homey. Lots of considerate amenities are provided. With a baby along, it was a gift to have room darkening drapes in one room. Naps were great!"

"My stay was very not what i was expecting, me my spouse and other two friends were staying the night while we were in town for a concert at VCU, The first thing that was a surprise to me was how it seemed as if whoever lives there left right before we came , nothing was clean enough for me to feel safe to cook or store food in the fridge.the downstairs shower was also not the same as the picture u pull the curtain back and it was filthy and they left their personal wash rags and loofas still in...

"Nice little house with lots of room. Sleeps at least 8 people. The house seems to be a work in process, as missing handles, caulking the bathroom floor etc. Was clean, only one room has closet space. Needed more dishes, pot holders and to go through their shelves. Advertised as pet friendly for both cats and dogs, however a day before we arrived we got instructions to keep the pets off the furniture, not sure how you do that with cats. If we had known this we would have booked else where."

"We came up to visit our oldest son & family that we havent seen in 5 yrs. All the grandkids loved it. They loved all the fishing that they did and by the bonfire. Very nice, beautiful, relaxing place. Has everything you need to get away. The sunsets and sunrise were awesome!!! Enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the lake and listening to the geese and their babies. We even seen deer. We will be back in the future to enjoy again.
