“All over nice hotel”

“The property is a older hotel that has been redone quite well. The room was small but it had a medium size fridge, 2 burner stove top sink and microwave oven. I believe they have done the most they could with the physical space floors and bathroom have been redone. their rate was quite reasonable making it a good value for the price.”

“Very basic hotel. There was never anyone at the front desk. Coming and going, I never saw a staff member at the front desk except when I rang the bell when I checked in. Pillows on the bed were so deflated, so I asked housekeeping for an extra pillow or 2. After being told they would replace the pillows on day 2 of my 7 night stay, the pillows were never replaced or offered an extra. I ended up taking a pillow from a sofa in the lobby. During my 7 night stay, housekeeping only attended my……

“This was a Super 8 that is now converting to a Best Western. The staff was great, but the facility is not yet at Best Western standards. I would not stay here again until the operating standards are raised to the new higher BW rates.”

“Not too much to choose from in the small town of Fort MacLeod. Red Coat Inn certainly seemed the better of choices. A bit dated and a tad rundown it was clean and convenient. Office were helpful and on-site parking was free. The Fort is well worth a visit.”
