"It was our first time in osaka. We really love the hotel. Near the train station, near dotonbori. The hotel staff are very helpful and respectful. We are so amazed how APA hotel thought of all the things needed for all the hotel guest. They have a 7-11 inside the building so the guest can buy food anytime when they are hungry or thristy. The even have cold and hot water dispenser. the laundry room is so clean, they even have a machine to suction all your things so your luggage will not be bulky. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, and you can tell the staff take pride in keeping everything well maintained. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating whenever I needed assistance. The facilities were great and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also a big plus, close to restaurants, shops, and other attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing stay for my first time in Osaka. The hotel was amazing and well maintained and the staff was unbelievably helpful. They made luggage transfer to Tokyo an absolute breeze. They have laundry facilities on the third floor as well as an ironing and steaming room. Will definitely use them again when I come back to Osaka."
