"I had never booked a room that was self check in. The process was pretty easy. The property only has 6 rooms. 1-5 upstairs and 6 on main level. No elevator. The company charges a pretty high fee for paying with credit card. The property is very clean, comfortable beds and feels safe. Refrigerator in room but no microwave. We would definitely stay at this property again. "

"This property has NO parking. You must park down below by the nearest shops. I had to pay for an overnight parking down below the property and across the street at the paid parking lot as that was the closest available. I had to lug my heavy luggage uphill towards the property. This property had NO air conditioning in the room, only a small desk fan. Both of those accommodations were advertised in Hotels.com as available. Not sure if that is a HOTELS.COM mistake, but that was false advertising, nonetheless. There was also NO hair dryer in the room. "

"We stayed one night in room 103. Most windows were covered with plexiglas, unable to open shades. There was no city view. Breakfast is a mini refrigerator in hall way. No thermostat to control AC. On the good side is bed was comfortable, location great."

"This is a 1908 Historic boarding home. Great Bisbee location. Easy walk to Main St for food and shopping. Owners sent very clear check in and driving instructions . Check in was easy. Owner/ manager was very nice and its a plus have a beer/ wine “ speakeasy “ on site. Morning coffee was delicious. Downside is the property has not been renovated much. Our room was sparsely furnished. No bedside tables or lamps. The mattress was really soft. Be aware that due to” historic” plumbing, hot water takes many minutes. I finally just took a cold shower. Fun place if you are up for a flash to the past, "

"A lovely and quiet stay, just perfect for the family getaway we needed. Close to the National Monument too. The hosts were kind and helpful, the studio is very clean, had everything we needed for grilling and prepping dinner, and the beds were comfortable (no neck pain!). Sitting on the porch in the afternoon enjoying the gentle breeze and birds at the feeders was so relaxing as well."

"The room had roaches, it smelled like cigarette, there was no light outside the entrance door, it was awful, we made reservations with Expedia with a renovated room, and they gave us an order room."
