“DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel……

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door.
Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise……
