“Walls are extremely thin and loud. Neighbors were intimate most of the night to end in a dispute of yelling, hitting walls and slamming doors at 3am requiring cops. Staff refused to evict them or at least move them to new room the next night.”

“Parking was okay. AC worked. The property is ran down and not in great condition. Some things just didn't make sense. I had blinds in my room and an outside light right outside my window. Blinds do not work great there. You need a black out curtain. In the bathroom, the light switch is right next to the bathtub/shower. When you closed the shower curtain, it touched the light switch plate, obviously unsafe. I could tell when other pepole used water as I would get scalded too. The caulking was……

“The room was great but the carpet flooring was old and torn”

“I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.”
