Don’t let the name fool you. This hotel is not at or near the beach. It is along a busy and noisy road, so bring ear plugs. The AC unit was also crazy loud when it kicked on (think vacuum cleaner level) that even ear plugs didn’t help. Throw in the extremely bright “spotlight” level lights just outside the window that lit up the room despite the blinds and I got very little sleep. The uncomfortable mattress didn’t help. The sheets had some spots too so cleanliness could’ve been better. The bathroom is so tiny that the door scrapes the toilet as you close it, and you must close it because the toilet paper is behind that door.

Perfect stay in a great location. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was amazing . So convenient to have parking onsite and included.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of professionalism or attentiveness I expected from a hotel. One of the amenities that was promised with the room was air conditioning, but the AC was not working during my stay. This was especially frustrating because it significantly impacted the comfort of the room and was an amenity I was expecting to have available. I was also surprised and dissatisfied to find that there was no dresser or adequate place to hang clothes. This made it difficult to unpack and organize my belongings during my stay. Overall, between the poor customer service, the lack of working AC, and the limited storage for clothing, I don’t feel that the stay met the expectations set when I booked the room. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests. I will mention that I did get a partial refund from the hotel but had to reach out numerous times to get it
