clean hotel and friendly staff

Hotel was clean and comfortable, was a bit annoying that we had to leave a "deposit" at the start of the week which made us feel that we had to stay in the hotel to eat as we didn't want to get money from a cash machine due to charges, we felt that this deposit should have been optional, however this wasn't terrible as it was Ramadan so other places weren't open during the day anyway. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and facilities were excellent, we preferred the quieter pool at the walk part of the hotel. Tip: don't buy drinks from the mini bar for 22 dirham when you can get bigger cans from the 24 hour supermarket for 1 dirham!

Helt ok för pengarna

För att vara ett nytt hotell så var rummen slitna . Obekväma sängar och sängramen ovanför huvudet hade börjar vittra sönder .

Great hotel, fab location

Pros: Our apartment was fabulous, very large and comfortable. Loved the location so lively and great holiday feel to it. Beach and pool are great.
Cons: The lifts, should be 1 for staff only, the wait is terrible as lift stops nearly every floor at busy times due to cleaning staff moving bedding/towels
Location: Great location on the lively Jumeirah Walk, lots and lots of restaurants. Next to the beach front.
We had a wonderful holiday, the hotel is in a great location, attached to the Hilton Jumeirah Beach through a walkway. A fair walk through the hotel across bridge and through next hotel but worth it. Busy private beach, with plenty of water sports. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment for 2 adults and 2 older children. It was great, very large big kitchen suitable for cooking in if required. Only issue is the expensive drinks at the hotel, Dubai is expensive and this hotel is too. I would definitely stay there again.

Very rude receptionist

I am sorry to say that this is the worst reception I have ever had in a hotel ever. There had been a misunderstanding about the booking, which was not my fault. But the receptionist had no undertsanding at all, in fact he was both angry, very rude and arrogant. He was so scary I din´t dare to protest or explain the situation at all, I just accepted what he demanded even if I was not to blame for the misunderstanding. Which was paying for one night that I had not spent there, only because in his system it showed that I had booked two nights in a row rather than two rooms on the same date. I have never ever met such a rude person working in a hotel before.

I spend 1 and half hour to making the chk in and to make chk out 2hour The not accept to park my car I spend 40 min waiting for parking The supervisor in the reciption not helpful

Good Hotel on the beach

Pros: Room was well appointed with all facilities you need, the staff were very approachable and courtious. The hotel was spotlessly clean.
Cons: No areas identified
Location: The location was excellent 100yds from the beach with easy access which also catered for disabled people. The beach attendants looked after your needs
The hotel was across from the beach, the room was well appointed and was spotlessly clean. food in the restaurants was excellent with good choices. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in a convenient location

Pros: Private beach, friendly staff, near the beach, restaurants and the tram station.
Cons: Room with a balcony
Location: Great location near the beach and tram station. Easy to get to other parts of Dubai using the tram and the metro. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops
The hotel is situated on 'The Walk' and is near 'The Beach' with restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel has a private beach with sun chairs and a pool. You can also use the pool and all the facilities at the Hilton resort across the road. There is a really nice bar, Pure, on the 35th floor and several restaurants. Would stay again.
