This location is excellent if you want to walk to sightseeing locations within a mile or so. The Aviva stadium is an easy walk through safe neighborhoods. The included breakfast was great and included eggs. I would stay here again.

Room 106 under the stairs, terrible

Don't take room 106 unless you want to renact the under the stairs scene on Harry Potter. The room is under the main entrance and the reception. You can hear every footstep and voice

Upscale neighborhood, close to restaurants

Nice B&B with very helpful staff and free parking in upscale neighborhood. Many good restaurants a 5 min walk away. Walk into city center in 15 to 20 minutes. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, fruit, toast, sausage, bacon and more. Rooms are not fancy, but bed was comfy. I'd stay again.
