"The check in was efficient and quick which we appreciated after a long flight. The room was impeccably clean, and it had a welcome note written in chocolate with 4 artisan chocolates waiting for us. The bathroom had a hand held shower head which we prefer, and offered a generous amount of hair shampoo/conditioner and hand and body soap. The bathroom was spotless. "This is a nice hotel in a nice area. The good choice of restaurants on the street are a plus. The rooms are clean and well presented, although the view was of the carpark and there are some maintenance issues like the slow draining sink which needs looking into. The reception staff were pleasant but didn’t give us any further information other than our room number. A huge disappointment though is how housekeeping do not stand by the hotels eco friendly practices - towels which are left hanging...

"The property was very nice and I would recommend it. The only issue was the bathroom doors are automatic. One of the rooms I booked the door didn't stay closed when someone was in the bathroom using it."

"My room has some dust and even I put the containers of the tissues on top of the sink the person that cleans the room just put it down and no taking off the dust. It is a very small room but we managed. The staff was the best thing. They were helpful specially the man who help us get a Taxi to the airport on a very early check out."
