"A gorgeous house in an absolutely breathtaking location! We were provided baby gates and a highchair awaiting our arrival which made traveling with littles so easy. The large property is beautiful and made morning hikes super convenient. Only a short 25 minute drive to town which was also beautiful and had plenty to do and see! Would highly recommend a stay here. "

"We've stayed in Pagosa 5 times (via VRBO) and this was by far the best place. Spacious, comfortable beds, a garage! (could keep skis on rack overnight), full kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. Short drive to town and the ski area, highly recommended, Scott"
