“Everything was subpar. Disgusting carpet. Even more disgusting food. Noisy slamming doors.”

“Nice, clean hotel. We were there for a concert and definitely think we paid premium for our 1 night stay. We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. The beds were kind of squeaky and I didn’t think super comfy, but didn’t sleep poorly or anything. Comfy, numerous pillows. I liked that they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion there for you. Breakfast the the usual hotel……

“Pool was closed for the year the gym the equipment was broken with one dumbbell had to wipe the bathtub down with a magic eraser before using turned a washcloth yellow”

“Clean room, pet friendly, cold AC. We would stay here again anytime.”

“I was happy with the motel and the staff. However, I chose this place over others because it openly said "Close to downtown" when in fact it is miles away. Other motels I passed over were on the same street. This is misleading and even unethical and moreover it must be a pain for the hotel clerk to have to answer for it to disappointed customers.”
