“My stay at Extended Stay was extremely disappointing. The overall condition of the property fell far below acceptable standards. The hotel was noisy at all hours, making it very difficult to rest or get a good night’s sleep.
Cleanliness was a major issue. There was a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the building, and the common areas were visibly dirty, with grime that looked like it had been there for a long time—clearly no proper deep cleaning is being done. Unfortunately, the guest……
