"Check in was rough we carried our luggage upstairs the air conditioning was broke so they put us in another room for the night down stairs, the next day they fixed the air so we carried everything back up stairs. The rooms are ok, but not as nice as when we stayed here a few years back"

Nice property on the beach. Staff was super friendly! Food was typical all inclusive food, you can always find something you like. Reservations for the restaurants were very hard to get even though it did not look very busy. The only damper to this vacation was it rained A LOT. Early hurricane season this yr.

The one thing they could improve on is the food selection, and making sure the staff knows what’s available on the premises so you don’t have to eat elsewhere.
