"Check in was quick and very welcoming. Annoying thing was the key cards for the doors needed to be used in the lifts and sometimes they didn't work so we could be stuck there for about 7-10 minutes using 3 different cards. "We did not get a nice room and the rest of family that stayed there did. The room was cold looking and awful.
