Everything was wonderful from the front desk to the breakfast. I have never seen such friendly staff even the maintenance man. All ask if we needed anything and seemed genuine. The rooms and hotel are well decorated and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

I want to precursor the rest of this review by saying that I hardly ever leave reviews. So take this SERIOUS!!! As a single momma to two little ones, along with a pup, I was extremely EXHAUSTED arriving at the hotel after driving from NY in a torrential rain storm for 8 hours straight. However, from the minute I entered the hotel, I couldn’t have been more relaxed, comfortable and happy. Ms. Stephanie at the front desk is by far the most amazing human being I have ever met!!! Always had great experiences with Baymont. The hotel itself is excellent. Only downside, for me, is the beds. Not use to sleeping on a firm bed.

It was right across the street from the hockey rink, so location was perfect. We also loved the pool for the kids. Plenty of outdoor seating there for the adults.

Breakfast was amazing, pool was great and the main reason for booking. My 1 year old loved it!! The rooms were great. Do wish there was a vent in the bathroom to soak up steam/smells. I did see a gentlemen with febreeze for the room which makes sense lol the only complaint I’d have which wasn’t crazy since it was a polite knock. Check out is 11am and we’re trying to nap after breakfast with our 1 year old, at 9:30 we had a tap from housekeeping. I guess they were checking to see if we left yet...
