Hotel was spotless and generally spectacular. Major issue was not being able to get a lounger at the spa, and when mentioned to the spa staff very little was done to help (there were many loungers not being used, and proper policing would have made this more enjoyable for all) A handful of others ...

Some of the positive reviews are likely from week-days. NEVER go here in the weekend. Your room is above the hotel's pub that makes your stay unbearable.
