We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly! Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area.

We stayed at IDEA Collection by GINO Hotels from 8 to 10 October and were disappointed. When we arrived, our room had a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet, which made it unusable. The hotel moved us to another room, but it had the same or a very similar smell, so the move didn't really solve the problem. On top of that, the new room faced the main street, and it was simply impossible to sleep. There was traffic and very loud music and partying outside late into the night, and the windows have no proper double glazing or sound insulation, so you hear everything as if the window were open. We weren't the only ones: other guests were complaining at reception at the same time we were. When we asked for earplugs, reception first told us to order them ourselves through Bolt. In the end they ordered them for us, but we still had to pay for two pairs ourselves. For the price, we expected a clean-smelling room and a decent night's rest, and we got neither. Our mistake was not reading all the reviews before booking, as others have clearly had the same problems. The hotel needs to fix its plumbing and soundproofing, and when moving guests because of a problem, give them a quiet room, not just whatever room is free.
