Overall, it was good. We would definitely stay there again. Only negatives were that the bathroom wasn’t air conditioned, so was very humid, and we weren’t sure if the pool was ok (very cloudy). On the plus side, very helpful staff, great WiFi, handy water refill station in the lobby, very pretty hotel, hammock in room, private, parking lot, location, plenty of lights, good a/c, appreciated having a mini-fridge.

No me gusto presion de agua, que el agua caliente no alcanzaba para 3 personas, que se fue la luz en nuestra habitacion y tuvimos q cambiarnos de hotel, por q nunca regreso (20 horas aprox) y estar sin aire acondicionado en Merida es imposible....
