Overall, it was good. We would definitely stay there again. Only negatives were that the bathroom wasn’t air conditioned, so was very humid, and we weren’t sure if the pool was ok (very cloudy). On the plus side, very helpful staff, great WiFi, handy water refill station in the lobby, very pretty hotel, hammock in room, private, parking lot, location, plenty of lights, good a/c, appreciated having a mini-fridge.

No me gusto presion de agua, que se acababavel agua caliente, que muy poco enchufes para la luz, nada se parece a las fotos de habitacion.... estuvimos 18 horas sin luz, obiamente sin aire acondicionado y con los calores en Merida .... nunca nos dieron solucion siendo q otras habitaciones tenian LUZ, tuvimos q cambiar de hotel el ultimo dia.... tuvimos muy mala experiencia en ese hotel.
