“I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. ”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. Worst hotel we have stayed at in years, Paid extra money for an upgraded room (jetted tub) Didn't use the tub because of the cracked tile. If something this noticeable is deemed acceptable by management we questioned if more unnoticeable things like proper cleaning of the tub was done as sloppy as the tile repair. Room was……
