The one thing that surprised me was the $20/night charge for parking. I don't recall seeing that when I reserved and it's not like this hotel is located in a city or close to an airport, so 95+% of people are going to have a car. This just feels like a way to keep the listed price low, but then tack on an added fee."

"The room was nice enough -could use some updating. What I really liked was that lights & TV were on when I entered the room making it feel welcoming. Had trouble with the room keys requiring a trip to the front desk each day. Front desk staff were always cheerful and helpful. "

"We were excited to stay at The Lodge, but unfortunately, our flight was canceled due to a storm. When we reached out to reschedule or gain a credit, we were given the runaround, and eventually, they stopped responding to our request. Disappointing, as we would have loved to have stayed there in the future when we visit family. "
