"The location is very convenient for shopping or exploring around the Plaza area. Style is very New Mexico. Staff were pleasant and helpful with showing the amenities (hangout areas, cafe, parking). The room was quiet and comfortable, and very neat. The parking lot is lit but is a bit away from the hotel's front door. There are many dining choices by day – after 9pm very few places were open on a week night. "

"The hotel has a lovely old Southwest feel with attention to detail and comfort. Our accessible room was very spacious and had nice details like a privacy shade on the window in addition to the curtains, a walk-in shower with a fold-down bench, and a nice table with two chairs plus an easy chair. "

"Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable because the collapsed with no support. Range top pilot light kept going out. Room smelled like gas every evening. Floors are unlevel in nearly every direction. Room did not match images posted."
