“Charged 3x for 1 night hotel stay. Booked thru Expedia, paid thru Expedia. Then the hotel franchise charged 2x more times. No one there knows how to fix/work the “complicated system” but Clint & the other guy I was told, not the girls???Said there is difficulty with charges when it is booked thru a 3rd party so best to book with them directly. ???They refuse to give you a manager or name & lie if pressed for a person’s name. Clint lied many times & Jimena who he named as a manager was part of……
