They took the pillow from me as I did bring it to show management for prove. I am beyond disappointed that I was exposed to black mold and believe the that I should be reimbursed for this stay. "Motto was great. The microtel experience was exactly what I needed for this trip. This part of Philadelphia was very walkable, and Motto was in the middle of everything. I was close to public transportation, dining, retail, could walk to Rittenhouse Square, and was close to historical Philadelphia. I have not been paid to endorse Motto or the Stephen Starr restaurants, but both were awesome. "
