“I'm house-hunting in Hudson, so my wife and I have stayed in a few other hotels and B&Bs there. However, one night in Pocketbook and I'll definitely continue booking there. I don't understand the complaints about the noise or rude staff, becauee we experienced the exact opposite. The staff were warm & welcoming, and very friendly. Overnight, it was peaceful and quiet. “We had a comfy stay at the Nautical Nest. Check-in was super easy. The room was clean and spacious. The AC unit helped keep the room cool on a hot day but turned off and on during the night which is a helpful energy saver but not great for sleep. Would stay here again.”

“The location of the property was excellent! The room we had was clean. Two things that were not good- there is no real kitchen area,(or area to gather outside of our room) it is in a small hallway by the back door and does not have a freezer or ice available. Our air conditioner did not work properly and woke us up throughout the night.”

“It was a wonderful stay the room was very clean and spacious. The common area downstairs was my favorite part of my whole stay. Wide variety of games to play with other guest that are also staying.”
