“This particular hotel was very pleasant and the quality of other higher cost hotel chains. I can absolutely provide a 10/10 on this stay, as it was our 3rd time at this hotel in our travels. We have high expectations and do not typically rate hotels as a 10, but this one is very deserving. The beds and bedding were high quality. The rooms, breakfast area and pool spaces were very clean and welcoming. We will certainly stay here again.”

“Beautiful hotel. Only a year old and attention to detail is well noted everywhere. Love the copper tub and bubbles provided. There was definitely enough hot water to fill it up. Pillows have good structure and beds are comfy. Great black out curtains. Valet parking is convenient and at $35 not totally outrageous. The Highlander Roof top bar had good atmosphere and friendly staff. On the pricier side. Really looking forward to staying here again someday (PS. Upgrade to a room with the tub, it’s……

“What a delightful hotel right in the heart of downtown Boise. The staff and service was first rate — friendly, professional, informed people. Had a delicious dinner at their restaurant (yum!) and the complimentary breakfast was terrific. Everything worked like a charm — good air conditioning, pristine room, etc. If I get back to Boise, I will stay at the Modern again. terrific!! ”

“CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. New build, large spacious rooms, large TV, table for dining, couch and coffee table, larger refrigerator, coffee maker in room, large bottle of soap that you pump at bathroom sink and shower, fresh baked cookies and apples availabe anytime of day. Breakfast was great and they kept the dining area clean while dining, fire pit outside to sit around. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Highly recommend!!”
