"Friendly staff from the moment we got there and throughout our 3 night stay. Cleanness was on point. "

"Motel was nice but there weren’t enough carts. Had to wait 20 minutes when we checked in and could not find one at checkout. Being a disabled veteran it was not easy to get my luggage to the car. It took 4 trios. Very frustrating in this area."

We were told by the hotel front desk, people that they would refund the rest of our stay and we were told by Hotels.com that they would refund the rest of our stay, but neither one of them has done it and they’re both saying it’s the other’s fault. Hotels.com is not taking responsibility for their customer service rep reps stating that this would be refunded. "

"The rooms are very small with no comfortable chairs to sit on. You have to walk across a parking lot to get to the place to get your free breakfast. If it's cold and raining, that walk is not fun."

"No Breakfast..ice machine needed a good cleaning. Beds order butt clean and room was clean. "
