The staff was helpful and accomodating when my first room didn't have working AC. There wasn't any hesitation when I asked for a different room with wroking AC.
Overall the facility itself has seen better days. The furniture is starting to show wear and tear. The wallpaper is starting to peel, especially in the bathroom. The foyer furniture is worn and the elevator has dents and markings. Not a bad place to stay, just don't expect much.
